Marianne Hunsberger RPN is an Advanced Foot Care Nurse at Waterloo Foot Clinic. She studied at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario and graduated with distinction from the Practical Nursing program. She gained her clinical experience during school at Westmount Long Term Care, Cambridge Memorial Hospital, and Grand River Hospital. Marianne completed her Advanced Foot Care Nursing Certificate with Jenuine Care in Ayr, Ontario, and worked for Jenuine Care in numerous Long Term Care homes in Waterloo Region, Brantford, and Hamilton Region, providing a gentle approach to foot care for the elderly and patients with dementia. She has experience in home care, retirement homes, and hospital floor nursing.

Marianne also has extensive experience working in restaurants as a server throughout her nursing studies, providing her with an excellent foundation of customer service and satisfaction. Her experience in restaurants gave her a passion for delicious food and loves cooking and trying new foods. Some of Marianne’s other interests include watercolour painting, biking, camping, and walking with her husband, daughters, and husky. ​Marianne works alongside the Chiropodists at the Waterloo Foot Clinic and advocates for patient’s needs. Marianne is passionate about prevention and management of diabetic wounds. She delivers thorough and skillful footcare to patients of all ages, providing relief from painful ingrowns, fungal nails, warts corns, and callouses on a daily basis. Marianne looks forward to meeting new patients and assisting them with their foot care needs.

We are thrilled to announce Joyce will be head Chiropodist of our new Kitchener location as of February 10th. Joyce is happy to continue care for all previous patients, as well as welcome new patients to our Kitchener location!

Joyce Li is a licensed chiropodist at Waterloo Foot Clinic. After finishing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, Joyce went on to study Chiropody at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN in Toronto. She has gained valuable clinical experience through the Michener Chiropody Clinic, Wilson Health Services, Waterloo Foot Clinic and Royal City Foot Clinic.

Growing up with her grandparents, Joyce has seen first hand how ageing affects the feet and mobility of the body. She is dedicated to providing exceptional care with a holistic approach to prevent, treat, and alleviate any foot issues of each individual that comes into our office. She is committed to being up to date with all treatment options and providing informative advice and education.

Outside of work, you can find Joyce at a dog park with her chihuahua terrier Tippy, camping and hiking at a provincial park, working out at the gym or finding the next aesthetically pleasing cafe to sip coffee in. She is looking forward to meeting you at our clinic.
